On this site we are building a body of case summaries for students who don't have access to expensive law databases. We aim to include the main cases which every law student will encounter during their studies. If you're going to follow up the summaries by reading the full case you will need to know how to read it, so below is a brief as to how to read a case and hopefully gain the most benefit. Remember... practice makes perfect..
